Accessing Coach Education

Assuming you've registered with USA Hockey, registered with Middleton Youth Hockey as a coach, submitted a background screen, and completed your SafeSport training or refresher for the season (these are the things you must do before coaching), you can proceed to the required age-level coaching training from USA Hockey.

To access your certifications (and SafeSport, Background Screening, and more), log into your USA Hockey Learning Center here.

*Important: to access the new USA Hockey Learning Center, you must first use a new single-sign-on (SSO). If you have not set up your SSO, follow these steps:

After you've registered as a coach with USA Hockey, they'll send an email about setting up your SSO access. It'll be easily overlooked so search your inbox for "SSO" and click your link 2/3rds of the way down that email.

1. Leave the Username blank and enter primary email address (the one listed above), click send verification code
2. Check your email to receive verification code from Microsoft; Subject: Member Services, USA Hockey Account email verification code
3. Enter the verification code, make sure there are no spaces before or after the code, click on Verify Code button, continue
4. Enter your SSO Username, continue
5. Create a password, continue
6. Congratulations, your account is now ready for use
