Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

4U - 10U Gear Rental

There are no refunds on gear rentals. Your deposit will be returned to you when the gear is returned to MYH. Missing items will reduce the amount of deposit returned to you.

Learn to Play (Beginner)

Refunds will be considered by the Middleton Youth Hockey Board on a case-by-case basis. Questions should be emailed to the Age Level Director for our Learn to Play program at LTP@middletonyouthhockey.com.

6U Cross-Ice or 8U Mites

Refunds will be considered by the Middleton Youth Hockey Board on a case-by-case basis. Questions should be emailed to the Age Level Directors for our programs at crossice@middletonyouthhockey.com or mites@middletonyouthhockey.com.

Squirts, PeeWees, or Bantams

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Middleton Youth Hockey Board. Any questions should be emailed to the Age Level Director for your child's program: Squirts: squirts@middletonyouthhockey.com PeeWees: peewees@middletonyouthhockey.com Bantams: bantams@middletonyouthhockey.com *Should a high-school-aged bantam player move to the high school team in November, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis.

Volunteer as a Coach

Middleton Youth Hockey covers the costs of your required certifications by making a payment to you at the end of the hockey season. For questions, please email registrar@middletonyouthhockey.com
