Off-Season Programs
This is where you'll find available skills training or off-season programs.
Open Now: Blue-Puck Sunday Spring Skills
Blue-Puck Spring Skills Sundays are meant to be a fun off-season skill development program for hockey players who skated with our Mites or Cross-Ice teams this winter.
Players will be divided into similarly aged/skilled groups. Sessions are held on Sundays in April & May at Bob Suter's Legacy20 Arena - Middleton.

Our Spring 6U & 8U program is built around what matters most at these ages: skating fundamentals, individual skill development, and fun.
Skating First:
- We'll work on balance, edges, stride mechanics, and agility through engaging, station‑based activities. Strong skating habits are the foundation for everything they’ll do in hockey.
Individual Skill Development:
- Stickhandling, puck control, passing, and shooting are enhanced in fun, attainable progressions that match each player’s stage of development. The goal is confidence, creativity, and comfort with the puck.
Fun, Fast, and Active:
- Kids learn best when they’re having fun. Every session includes small‑area games, races, and challenges that build skills without players realizing how hard they’re working.
BLUE PUCK SPRING SKILLS PROGRAM FEES:
Fees are $130 per skater. A small transaction fee is charged by our booking software.
PROGRAM DATES & TIMES:
Our spring skills sessions will be from 5:10 pm to 6:10 pm, on Rink B, on Sundays beginning on April 5th. We will have skating sessions on April 5, 19, 26, and May 3, 10, 17, 24, 31. There will not be a session on April 12th.
NEED RENTAL GEAR?
We've revised our gear rental program a bit. You can now keep your rental gear through the spring and summer off-season for a $50 fee. When your rental gear is returned, MYH returns some or all of your deposit (depending on your skater's age) to you.
If you don't already have rental gear but need it, you'll find full details at the link above.
