Bylaws, Standing Rules, & Codes of Conduct
Bylaws are our constitution. They're minimal, high-level, stable, and focus solely on how the club exists and governs itself. Standing Rules are more detailed and can be modified during Board meetings. They outline our operating & logistical procedures. Codes of Conduct set expectations for our members.
