Middleton Youth Hockey’s board, committees, coaches, and volunteers play an essential role in the success of youth hockey across the Middleton Cross Plains Area School District. Our goal is to continually enhance the growth and development of our players, hockey families, coaches, club, and programming.

To support this mission, MYH is introducing a new volunteer policy and committee structure designed to align with our strategic priorities. This updated approach will create more opportunities for member involvement, club growth, community connection, and hockey development.

As part of this effort, we are seeking volunteers to serve on several standing committees. These groups will be instrumental in advancing key areas such as hockey development, communication, events, fundraising, equipment, and more.

Girls Hockey Committee

Recruitment & Retention Committee

Focuses on growing player participation and maintaining engagement by welcoming new families, hosting events, and building community connections.

Marketing & Communications Committee

Promotes the mission and activities of MYH through social & print media, branding, public relations, and community outreach.

Fundraising & Events Committee

Plans and carries out fundraising efforts and events to support MYH's financial stability and promote community engagement. Builds relationships with local businesses and organizations to secure sponsorships and donations that support events & seasonal needs.

Equipment Committee

Manages the inventory, distribution, and collection of association-owned equipment to ensure safety and organization throughout the season.
